At Redeemer, it truly takes a team to carry out our shared ministry. Below are just some of the people who help make it happen, but it really takes a concerted effort from everyone to get it done.

Pastor Nikoli Falenschek

I grew up in Becker, MN – in the same house and Lutheran congregation where my mom was raised – with my mom, dad, and sister. Growing up, I was very involved with music and ice hockey. I graduated from Becker High School (2007) and then attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, earning a B.A. in Art History and a minor in Classical Studies (2011). Also, while attending Concordia, I met my wife, Maggie.

​Maggie and I both attended Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS) in Berkeley, CA. I completed my Clinical Pastoral Education at Eventide in Moorhead, MN, a senior-living center, and served as vicar at Grace Lutheran Church in Palo Alto, CA. My wife and I graduated from PLTS (2015) with M.Div. degrees, served our first calls in central Illinois, and have most recently served in Saint Peter.

We live in Saint Peter with our furry friends, CeeLo and Watson, who are rescue puggles. Maggie is a Chaplain at Gustavus and Director of Campus Ministries. In my spare time, I love to read, woodwork, play euphonium/tuba, and explore used bookstores. ​

FINANCIAL ADMIN: Sherry Krentz

Sherry has been serving as Redeemer's Finance person for years and has, over time, become one of the main go-to people for nearly everything. She is always willing to teach, listen, and pitch in whenever there's need. We are truly blessed to be on the receiving end of her many gifts!

MUSICIAN: Oliver Hall

Oliver has been filling in as our pianist and is so talented! We're lucky to have him to help lead us in worship.

Church Council

There is a team of leaders, hidden from view but accomplishing the main business of our congregation. Our Church Council works so hard to make sure our congregation is provided the necessary tools to be about God's work in the world. Here's a list of these selfless servants:
